Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Most orders leave our shop within 7 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order because of inaccurate or incomplete payment information, processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Processing time vs. delivery time

The 7-business-day estimate refers to the time it takes us to process and ship your order. Carrier transit time begins after your order ships and varies based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping updates

Please check your order confirmation and any available shipment updates for the latest information about your order. If your order appears delayed or you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, changes to the shipping address or delivery details may not be possible.
